Please note orders can take between 1-3 business days to be dispatched and during busy periods or sale periods this may be longer.

When will my order be shipped?

Our usual processing time is 1-5 business days. With made to order items please allow 5-7 business days.

Shipping Process
Lucie & Co will provide a tracking number via email once your order is shipped and on route (this can take up to 24 hours to become active). Please note express shipping does not guarantee for your order to be processed faster and only for your order to be shipped express. The usual 1-3 business day processing times still apply.

We are shipping orders as normal however there are major delays across the globe. Please allow additional time for your package to arrive.

Where is my order being shipped from?

ALL orders are being shipped from the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.

My package has been returned to you, what do I do?

In the event that your package is returned to us you will need to pay for the shipping costs to resend your package. If your parcel is returned due to the refusal of payment of customs charges then Lucie & Co reserve the rights to only refund 50% of the cost of the goods.
